MGV SUMERALL
While working as a photographer for major rock bands, MGV Sumerall captured images of Supermen who had no Kryptonite – they only sang about it! He had the opportunity to spend time with some of the biggest bands in the world at that time, such as 3 Doors Down, Nickelback, Puddle of Mudd, Saliva, 7 Mary 3, and Theory of a Dead Man.
MGV Sumerall grew up in The Great State of Mississippi, served in US Naval Intel, graduated from Mississippi State University, invented a weather app called Temp’n (available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store), and wrote stories and poems his entire life. This book has been in the making for over twenty years, and he is finally ready to share it with the world.
While this book has many lighthearted parts, the ones with shadows and darkness matter the most. Depression is real, and so are its demons. MGV hopes this book sheds light on those demons in a way that relates to those who can’t find their voice. While some may feel they are truly “forced to be here”, it’s important to remember that you have people in your life that are glad you’re here.
